Behind the Sundried Tomato

Me and My Love for all Things Potato

What should one do with their life the summer between grade twelve and entering university? Start their own business of course!

I grew up on Dolway Organic Garden, a 125 acre organic farm outside the city of London. My love for all things healthy and local comes from my mom, chef extraodinaire, and my dad, a happy farmer. The Covent Garden Market, home of Call Me Sweet Potato, is the place I spent most Saturdays growing up, selling produce and baked goods at my family's stall ,Dolway Organic Garden, and my aunt's mini bakery stand, Made From Scratch.

So it is only natural that I jump on the local bandwagon and start my very own dehydrated foods business!

Call me sweet potato and I will be your sundried tomato is my very own mantra for the summer. Come on out to The Covent Garden Farmers' Market on Thursdays and Saturdays this summer and experience the amazing specially dried and prepared food at Call Me Sweet Potato.

The Specialness of Potatos, etc. Made with Love
